We like staying at Fairfield everytime we go to West Kelowna. The rooms (actually the entire hotel) are clean. The sheets and towels smell fresh. They have a good breakfast spread. One of their staff at the breakfast room, Rachel is very friendly and attentive. Their housekeeping staff are friendly and very helpful.
Ashish is awesome. She provided wonderful customer service and even called our room as soon as we got in to make sure that we were satisfied. Would highly recommend the hotel and dealing with Ashish is a pleasure. I have a four-year-old boy, he made a mistake and he wrote on the phone number card plate in pen. It is not an easy part for the hotel to have to replace as they need to ship it in from the states. They have gone so far out of their way to try to remove the pen with chemical and save us from having to replace the number plate on the phone. The Manager Roma Also extended wonderful customer service. Sorry for the pen on the phone card and thank you so much for your understanding.
Fairfield West Kelowna went above and beyond for our child's birthday. The affordable cost and splash park/slide amenities are one thing to rave about. But the warm welcome and surprise knock at the door with a special birthday gift was the cherry on top. We love coming back again and again! This time we brought all of our friends
We come here for the pool, slide and water park cause my son loves it. Unfortunately they decide to close it for 2 hours mid day to clean it and we're only here one day. CLEAN IT WHEN IT'S CLOSED. IT'S COMMON SENSE. Other than that it's a great place to stay. We enjoy it here
Awesome hotel, we were here for 1 night with our 6 yr old. He has a blast at the pool! The waterslide was a definit win! There is also a splash pad for little ones. (Water is pretty cold at the splash pad). Pool temp was perfect and you can see the kids play from the hot tub! The continental breakfast had so many choices and was fresh and hot! The rooms are clean and interior decor was nice and welcoming!
Stayed here Feb 26-March 1 for my sons hockey tournament… everything was five star from the breakfast to the little note in the room that they left us with a bag of chips two waters and two little chocolates welcoming us. The pool was so much fun for the team the waterslide the hot tubs. The gym is amazing. Little added touches of calling to make sure we’re OK to see if we need anything. The room rooms are huge. Highly recommend this hotel definitely will be staying there again!
I can't say enough about our stay, the staff was super friendly and helpful, it was a great set up for the kids with a pool and water slide. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and it included a really great hot breakfast. I highly recommend!
